Welcome to this initial rollout of the Surety Based Risk Management service provided by North Coast Surety Technologies. During this period the service is provided free of charge, with the only request is to share feedback and to offer suggestions for improvement.

All you need is a Surety Connection sign up and a number of applications are available to you and your surety agent, including Subcontract Status Connection.

Steps

  1. Sign up for Surety Connection
  2. Review the procedures for preparing the project data upload file (more info on this coming soon)
  3. Request NCST to establish a SBRM-Databank for your company. Email us to request this:
  4. Add the SBRM link to your company website. See sample contractor website.
  5. (optional) Add the Sub Outreach link to your company website. See sample contractor website.
  6. (optional) Add the Project Pages link to your company website. See sample contractor website.
  7. You are done. The bonded subcontracts are now being monitored by the surety company that you are relying on.
